This session will explore how admission to a paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) or high dependency unit (HDU) can affect the mental health of children, young people and their families. Later, it will investigate how paediatric liaison CAMHS can provide support to children, young people and their families following admission to a PICU or HDU.
